A. Guidelines on Application

1. Kau Yan School (Kindergarten Section) is a PEVS non-profit-making kindergarten.
2. Kau Yan School (Primary Section) is a private school. There are no geographical restrictions on application.
3. The Government’s Primary One Admission Net Mechanism does not apply to our school.
4. A completed application consists of the following:
   a. a completed application confirmation note affixed with a recent photo of the applicant;
   b. a photocopy of Birth Certificate or Identity Card (if the applicant was not born in Hong Kong or does not have the previous two documents, please submit the photocopy of passport);
   c. a photocopy of Immunisation Record;
   d. a recent photo of the applicant (exclusive of the affixed photo);
   e. three self-addressed and stamped (HK$1.40) envelopes;
   f.  an application fee of HK$ 30.
5. Completed application confrimation note should be returned to our school either by post or in person.
6. 6. Application Deadline: 15th October (Saturday) 12:30p.m.. Notifications for date and time of interview can be checked on our homepage at 29th October (Saturday).
