Chinese

This subject covers nine learning areas which are reading, writing, listening, speaking, literature, Chinese culture, moral affection, thinking and self language study; the first four are skill-oriented, the last five are the content of learning. Therefore, both the language proficiency and individual generic skill of student are enhanced, positive values and attitude of students are nurtured and all-round development is promoted through the learning process of the students.

Objectives

1. To provide greater opportunities for learners to use English both inside and outside the classroom.

Objectives
1.To nurture the interest of students in computer literacy, train students to operate computers and establish a right attitude on information technology.

Reading Class

Objectives
Our learning theme of this year is godliness. "Reading to Learn" is an effective way of learning which enhance the basic language proficiency required in communication, academic and intellectual development ; nurture thinking ability through the process of understanding and interpretation of the contents; upgrade living quality by cultivating diversified interest through broad reading; nurture an open mind to accept different opinions, viewpoints, values and cultures; as well as to enrich knowledge, expand the understanding of life and in the face of life's challenges. Comprehensive reading programs are being actively promoted in our school this year in order to help children to nurture good reading habits.
